Bellinski recipe

Here is a divine recipe for Bellinski, with Stoli Persik vodka, peaches, maraschino liqueur and Brut Champagne.

  • 1 - 2 oz chilled Brut Champagne
  • 1 oz Stoli Persik vodka
  • 1 tsp maraschino liqueur
  • 3 oz peaches

Puree ripe peaches by forcing them through a sieve and spoon into a large, chilled wine goblet.
Sweeten to taste with maraschino liqueur.
Add vodka, fill with chilled champagne, and serve.

Serve in a Wine Goblet.
