A enticing recipe for Big Apple, with vodka, apple juice and green creme de menthe.

• 1 tsp green creme de menthe
• 2 oz vodka
• fill with apple juice

Pour vodka into a collins glass over three or four ice cubes and fill with apple juice.
Pour creme de menthe, stir, and serve.

Serve in a Collins Glass.
