Here is a very pleasant recipe for Bison Tonic, with Zubrowka vodka and tonic water.

• 2 oz Zubrowka vodka
• 6 oz tonic water

Pour both ingredients over ice cubes in a collins glass, and serve.

Serve in a Collins Glass.
