This is a tasteful recipe for California Gold Rush, with 7-Up soda, Absolut vodka and Goldschlager cinnamon schnapps.

• 1 1/2 oz Goldschlager cinnamon schnapps
• 12 oz 7-Up soda
• 2 oz Absolut vodka

Pour 7-up into a clear glass without ice.
Add vodka and goldschlager, and stir to mix gold flakes evenly through the drink.
Effect: The bubbles of carbon dioxide in the 7-up continuously move the gold flakes around.

Serve in a Collins Glass.
