Check out this delightful recipe for Appleton Skyy Soda, with Skyy vodka, Appleton Estate Dark Jamaica rum and Schweppes club soda.

  • 1/2 - 1 oz Appleton Estate Dark Jamaica rum
  • 2 oz Skyy vodka
  • 6 - 8 oz Schweppes club soda

Add Skyy vodka and Appleton Estate rum to a hurricane glass over ice cubes.
Peel and squeeze a segment or two of sweet Clementine, peeled.
Drop in.
Add Schweppes club soda, stir, and serve.

Serve in a Hurricane Glass.
