Irish Depth Charge recipe
Sunday, October 17th, 2010A nice recipe for Irish Depth Charge, with vodka, Guinness stout and Bass pale ale.
- 2 oz vodka
- 6 oz Bass pale ale
- 6 oz Guinness stout

Pour a double shot of vodka into a double shot glass.
Holding a pint glass upside-down over the shot glass press the shot glass firmly to the bottom of the pint glass.
Flip over.

Fill the pint glass 1/2 full of Bass Ale.
Pour Guinness over a spoon until pint glass is full.
Remove the double shot glass carefully from the drink, and serve.
Serve in a Beer Mug.
