  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz benedictine herbal liqueur

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.

Buzz Bomb recipe

Here is a very pleasant recipe for Buzz Bomb, with vodka, cognac, benedictine herbal liqueur, Cointreau orange liqueur, lime juice and Champagne.

  • 1 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
  • 1 oz benedictine herbal liqueur
  • 1 oz cognac
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz vodka
  • Champagne

Pour the vodka, cognac, benedictine, Cointreau and lime juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, and strain into a highball glass.
Fill with champagne, either completely or to personal taste.
Serve.

Serve in a Highball Glass.

Hong Kong Fizz recipe

Here is a mouthwatering recipe for Hong Kong Fizz, with vodka, gin, benedictine herbal liqueur, Yellow Chartreuse, Green Chartreuse, lemon juice, soda water and caster sugar.

  • 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse
  • 1/2 oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • 1/2 oz benedictine herbal liqueur
  • 1/2 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz vodka
  • 1/2 tsp caster sugar
  • 4 oz soda water

Dissolve sugar, shake and strain into a highball glass half-filled with ice.
Add soda, straws and a muddler, and serve.

Serve in a Highball Glass.
