A tempting recipe for Depth Charge, with vodka, Pernod licorice liqueur, Malibu coconut rum, Tia Maria coffee liqueur, pineapple juice, lemonade and cola.

  • 1 bottle pineapple juice
  • 1 shot Malibu coconut rum
  • 1 shot Pernod licorice liqueur
  • 1 shot Tia Maria coffee liqueur
  • 1 shot vodka
  • 1 splash lemonade
  • fill with cola

Pour the Vodka, Pernod, Malibu & Tia Maria into a one pint beer glass, add the lemonade and pineapple juice, and top up with coke.

Serve in a Beer Mug.
