Absinthe Liqueur recipe
Sunday, October 25th, 2009This is a exquisite recipe for Absinthe Liqueur, with vodka, wormwood, anise, fennel, cardamom, coriander and angelica root.
- 1 pint vodka
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tsp chopped angelica root
- 2 tsp crumbled anise seeds
- 2 tsp crumbled wormwood
- 4 cardamom pods
Steep wormwood in vodka for 48 hours.
Remove, add the rest and steep for one week.
