Here is a divine recipe for Emily Emily, with raspberry vodka, Passoa liqueur, Plymouth gin, cranberry juice, kumquats and gomme syrup.

  • 1 dash gomme syrup
  • 12.5 ml Passoa liqueur
  • 12.5 ml Plymouth gin
  • 25 ml raspberry vodka
  • 3 kumquats
  • 50 ml cranberry juice

Muddle the kumquats in the bottom of a mixing glass.
Add the other ingredients and shake vigorously.
Double strain into a collins glass, and serve.

Serve in a Collins Glass.

Absolut Hulk recipe

Check out this divine recipe for Absolut Hulk, with Absolut Vanilia vodka, Midori melon liqueur, gomme syrup, pineapple juice and lime juice.

  • 1 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz gomme syrup
  • 2 1/2 oz Absolut Vanilia vodka
  • 2 1/2 oz Midori melon liqueur
  • 3 1/2 oz pineapple juice

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, and strain into a collins glass 3/4 filled with ice cubes.
Garnish with two pineapple leaves, and serve.

Serve in a Collins Glass.

A appetizing recipe for Cossack Cocktail, with vodka, cognac, lime juice and gomme syrup.

  • 1 tsp gomme syrup
  • 1/2 oz cognac
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz vodka

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
