Hard Lemon Ice recipe

Here is a great recipe for Hard Lemon Ice, with lemonade, vodka and raspberry syrup.

  • 1 L lemonade
  • 1 tsp raspberry syrup
  • 1/4 cup vodka

Combine lemonade and vodka with ice in a blender.
Blend until slurpee consistency, and pour into collins glasses topped with a touch of raspberry syrup.

Serve in a Collins Glass.
