Melon Island recipe
Thursday, June 24th, 2010Check out this tempting recipe for Melon Island, with vodka, Pisang Ambon liqueur, passion-fruit liqueur, vanilla ice cream and pineapple juice.
- 1 1/3 oz vodka
- 1/3 oz Pisang Ambon liqueur
- 1/3 oz passion-fruit liqueur
- 2/3 oz vanilla ice cream
- 3 1/3 oz pineapple juice
Combine the vodka, pisang ambon, passion-fruit liqueur, vanilla ice cream and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker.
Shake well.
Pour into a highball glass.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge, slice of lemon and mint sprig, and serve.
Serve in a Highball Glass.
