This is a delicious recipe for Cielo, with Skyy vodka, creme de cassis, Peychaud bitters, limes and ginger ale.

  • 1 1/4 oz Skyy vodka
  • 2 dashes Peychaud bitters
  • 3/4 oz creme de cassis
  • ginger ale
  • juice of 1/2 limes

Build in an ice-filled collins glass.
Top with ginger ale.
Garnish with a wedge of lime.

Serve in a Collins Glass.

  • 2 oz vodka

Pour vodka over 4 ice cubes in an old-fashioned glass.
Add peychaud bitters, and stir.
