Nijinski Blini recipe

A tasteful recipe for Nijinski Blini, with vodka, peaches, lemon juice, peach schnapps and Champagne.

  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 splash chilled Champagne
  • 1 splash peach schnapps
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 2 oz pureed peaches

Pour all ingredients over some crushed ice in a champagne flute.
Stir gently, and serve.

Serve in a Champagne Flute.
