A delicious recipe for Shetty Classic, with Ricard pastis, Bacardi white rum and Absolut vodka.

  • 1 oz Absolut vodka
  • 1 oz Bacardi white rum
  • 1 oz Ricard pastis

Pour Ricard, Bacardi rum and Absolut vodka into a bowl filled with sugar.
Set on fire (use extreme caution) and let the sugar dissolve.
Allow the drink to cool, and serve in a cocktail glass.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.

Late Mistral recipe

This is a tasty recipe for Late Mistral, with vodka, Ricard pastis, water and lemon.

  • 1 1/2 oz vodka
  • 1 twist lemon peel
  • 1/4 oz Ricard pastis
  • 2 oz cold water

Pour into an aperitif glass over ice cubes, and fill with cold water.
Stir, add a twist of lemon peel, and serve.

Serve in a Aperitif Glass.
