Soulard Cordial recipe

Here is a nice recipe for Soulard Cordial, with vodka, rosso vermouth, grenadine syrup and maraschino cherry juice.

  • 1 oz rosso vermouth
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 splash maraschino cherry juice
  • 1/2 oz grenadine syrup

Mix vodka, vermouth, grenadine, and cherry juice in a shaker with lots of ice.
Shake very thoroughly, and then strain into a cordial or cocktail glass.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.

Serve in a Cordial Glass.

Eastwind recipe

Here is a divine recipe for Eastwind, with rosso vermouth, dry vermouth, vodka, orange and lemon.

  • 1 slice lemon
  • 1 slice orange
  • 3/4 oz dry vermouth
  • 3/4 oz rosso vermouth
  • 3/4 oz vodka

Stir over ice cubes in aperitif glass.
Add a slice of orange and lemon, and serve.

Serve in a Aperitif Glass.

Laugh a Minute recipe

This is a nice recipe for Laugh a Minute, with cherry vodka, rosso vermouth, amaretto almond liqueur and lemonade.

  • 1 oz cherry vodka
  • 1 oz rosso vermouth
  • 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
  • 2 oz lemonade

Shake and strain into an old-fashioned glass half-filled with broken ice.
Add lemonade, and serve.

Serve in a Old-Fashioned Glass.
