A very pleasant recipe for Lychee Martini, with Soho lychee liqueur, Soho lychee liqueur, vodka and lychee juice.

  • 1 1/2 oz Soho lychee liqueur
  • 1 dash lychee juice
  • 1 oz Soho lychee liqueur
  • 1 oz vodka

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with/without ice.
Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.

Cransoma recipe

This is a distinctive recipe for Cransoma, with DeKuyper wild strawberry liqueur, Finlandia cranberry vodka, Soho lychee liqueur, apple juice and Schweppes Russian tonic water.

  • 1 1/3 oz apple juice
  • 1/3 oz Finlandia cranberry vodka
  • 1/3 oz Soho lychee liqueur
  • 12 oz Schweppes Russian tonic water
  • 2/3 oz DeKuyper wild strawberry liqueur

Pour DeKuyper wild strawberry liqueur, Finlandia cranberry vodka, Soho liqueur and apple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, and strain into a hurricane glass.
Fill with Schweppes Russian.
Garnish with a stick of cucumber, a maraschino cherry, a slice of lemon and pineapple leaves.

Serve in a Hurricane Glass.
