Check out this tempting recipe for Melon Island, with vodka, Pisang Ambon liqueur, passion-fruit liqueur, vanilla ice cream and pineapple juice.

  • 1 1/3 oz vodka
  • 1/3 oz Pisang Ambon liqueur
  • 1/3 oz passion-fruit liqueur
  • 2/3 oz vanilla ice cream
  • 3 1/3 oz pineapple juice

Combine the vodka, pisang ambon, passion-fruit liqueur, vanilla ice cream and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker.
Shake well.
Pour into a highball glass.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge, slice of lemon and mint sprig, and serve.

Serve in a Highball Glass.

  • 2 oz blueberries
  • 8 oz crushed ice

Blend ingredients thoroughly and pour into a specialty glass.
Top with whipped cream and garnish with a teaspoon of blueberries.
