Cielo recipe
This is a delicious recipe for Cielo, with Skyy vodka, creme de cassis, Peychaud bitters, limes and ginger ale.
- 1 1/4 oz Skyy vodka
- 2 dashes Peychaud bitters
- 3/4 oz creme de cassis
- ginger ale
- juice of 1/2 limes
Build in an ice-filled collins glass.
Top with ginger ale.
Garnish with a wedge of lime.
Serve in a Collins Glass.
