Copenheering recipe
A delicious recipe for Copenheering, with cherry heering, vodka, lemon and crushed ice.
- 1 twist lemon peel
- 3 cl cherry heering
- 3 cl vodka
- crushed ice
Chill the glass, then fill it with crushed ice.
Mix the cherry brandy and the vodka together, and pour into the glass.
Garnish with lemon peel.
Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
