Here is a heavenly recipe for Crazy Orgasm, with vodka, triple sec, orange juice, cranberry juice and sugar.

• 1 oz triple sec
• 1 oz vodka
• 1 pinch sugar
• 2 3/4 oz cranberry juice
• 2 3/4 oz orange juice

Pour all ingredients into a collins glass filled with ice cubes.
Stir well, and serve.

Serve in a Collins Glass.
