Here is a great recipe for Frozen Citron Neon, with citrus vodka, melon liqueur, Blue Curacao liqueur, lime juice and sweet and sour mix.

• 1 1/2 oz citrus vodka
• 1 oz melon liqueur
• 1 oz sweet and sour mix
• 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
• 1/2 oz lime juice

Pour the vodka, melon liqueur, blue curacao and lime juice into a blender.
Blend until smooth, and pour into a parfait glass.
Garnish with a slice of lemon and a maraschino cherry, and serve.

Serve in a Parfait Glass.
