Galway Grey recipe

A tasty recipe for Galway Grey, with vodka, white creme de cacao, Cointreau orange liqueur, lime juice and light cream.

  • 1 1/2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
  • 1 oz white creme de cacao
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • light cream

Stir all ingredients (except cream) together, and pour into a cocktail glass.
Float fresh light cream on top, sprinkle with grated orange peel, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
