Here is a great recipe for Island Delight, with cherry vodka, white rum, dark rum, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and grenadine syrup.

• 1 oz cherry vodka
• 1 oz whipped cream
• 1 tsp grenadine syrup
• 1/2 oz dark rum
• 1/2 oz white rum
• 3 tbsp vanilla ice cream

Blend vodka, rums and ice cream briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice in a wine goblet.
Top with whipped cream, sprinkle grenadine on top, and serve.

Serve in a Wine Goblet.
