Here is a nice recipe for Matti Nyknen, with vodka, lemon juice and sugar.

• 1 tsp sugar
• 2 oz fresh lemon juice
• 6 oz vodka

Shake the vodka, lemon juice and sugar with ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a highball glass, and serve.

Serve in a Highball Glass.
