Nijinski Blini recipe
A tasteful recipe for Nijinski Blini, with vodka, peaches, lemon juice, peach schnapps and Champagne.
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 splash chilled Champagne
- 1 splash peach schnapps
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 2 oz pureed peaches
Pour all ingredients over some crushed ice in a champagne flute.
Stir gently, and serve.
Serve in a Champagne Flute.
