Here is a delightful recipe for Rainbow Brew, with Malibu coconut rum, triple sec, pineapple juice, orange juice, vodka, cranberry juice and peach schnapps.

• 1 1/2 oz vodka
• 1 oz Malibu coconut rum
• 1 oz orange juice
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 1 oz triple sec
• 2 splashes peach schnapps
• 4 oz cranberry juice

Pour slowly into a hurricane glass, in order.

Serve in a Hurricane Glass.
