Roffsing recipe
Here is a tasteful recipe for Roffsing, with Passoa liqueur, Absolut vodka, lime juice, pear soda and whipped cream.
- 1 1/2 oz whipped cream
- 2 splashes lime juice
- 4 cl Absolut vodka
- 4 cl Passoa liqueur
- pear soda
Pour passoa, vodka, lime juice and pear soda into a collins glass half-filled with ice cubes.
Stir, top with cream, and serve.
Serve in a Collins Glass.
