Silver Sunset recipe
A sweet recipe for Silver Sunset, with vodka, apricot brandy, Campari bitters, lemon juice, orange juice and egg.
- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 oz Campari bitters
- 1/2 oz apricot brandy
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 2 oz orange juice
Combine the vodka, apricot brandy, Campari, both juices and the egg white in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a cherry and a slice of orange, and serve.
Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
