This is a tempting recipe for The Emily Weir, with apple schnapps, peach schnapps, Stolichnaya vodka, lemonade and ice.

• 1 part Stolichnaya vodka
• 1 part peach schnapps
• 2 parts apple schnapps
• 4 parts lemonade
• ice

Whack the liquid ingredients in a glass and give it a stir, then add the ice.

Serve in a Cordial Glass.
