Here is a nice recipe for The Quan, with vodka, Blue Curacao liqueur and 7-Up soda.

• 1 shot Blue Curacao liqueur
• 1 shot vodka
• 7-Up soda

Pour vodka and curacao into a highball glass.
Add ice, fill with 7-up, and serve.

Serve in a Highball Glass.
